June 9 marked the second homestand match up between the Vancouver Canadians and the Everett Aquasox. During the last series in Vancouver, the teams tied with 3 wins a piece, this time the Canadians looked for the series win.

As always this homestand was filled with events and giveaways to celebrate The Nats 75 anniversary. On Tuesday night they gave out Vancouver Mountie pennants, while Thursday was Dog Days of Summer, where fans could bring their dogs to watch the game.
